Mambo-Rename Album Submit link problem

Knowing what the problem is and trying to explain it into words is a bit difficult, but here goes:

Mambo and Gallery are working great for me right now except for one little problem. It happens when using the drop down menu option "Rename Album" in the sub-Album menu. I fill out the new name, click on the button, the site refreshes and shows a plain stand-alone gallery page with no style-sheet/template.

I know the reason why. The URL is:

http://www.yodasisterhood.net/gallery/index.php?set_albumName=anasazi&option=com_gallery&Itemid=143&include=view_album.php

when it should be:

http://www.yodasisterhood.net/index.php?set_albumName=anasazi&option=com_gallery&Itemid=143&include=view_album.php

Notice the /gallery/ directory in the first URL

The 'Rename Album' pop up is the only time this occurs, and not knowing PHP well, I can't see where to fix it. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
