Error: HTTP POST failed (HTTP 413 Request Entity Too Large)

I'm new in using Gallery, I had setup it already but got problems when upload photos to gallery server.

When I upload photos by form, it works fine.

But when i use applet or gallery remote to upload, message shown:
Error: HTTP POST failed (HTTP 413 Request Entity Too Large)

Moreover, When i zip photos to a zip file and upload by form, a popup shown :
"File upload in progress! "
This page will go away automatically when the upload is complete. Please be patient!
However, it haven't any other process and I can't browse my gallery again unless to wait a long long time after.
