[Solved] How-to change Date Format?

How can I change date format from 05/25/2005 to 2005/05/25 and how can I disable "owner" under all pictures?

we don't have a administration option / GUI for that. but you can easily change that.

But how I do to diasable to print out the name of the owner of the photo?

globally:
site admin -> Display -> Layouts and themes -> Matrix -> ...
locally:
edit album -> Layout -> Show image owners, Show album owners

@edit: added the "locally" line.
