CngNuke (Dragonfly) and Gallery 1.5.1

Two problems:

1.) The users that I have applied album permissions to can't see admin menus when logged into CPGNuke?

2.) How do I add the random image block?

This application is very similar to Nuke-PHP so anyone with extensive experiance can prolly figure it out. Please Help!
