drupal + G2: images

Please look at http://www.artistscolony.net/gallery2/main.php
and now look at http://www.artistscolony.net/ and then click on gallery.

We are supposed to be looking at the same page. Why is one showing the images and the other not?

either deactivate the short urls (G2 url rewrite module) or configure it when accessing the site admin page from embedded g2.

I cannot help but laugh. url rewrite was of course the other thing that I was totally confused with. But since the gallery module asked for it to be done I did what I could. Let me have another try. May be I need to come back for some more detailed help. Thanks again.

You do not need URL Rewrite for gallery.module to function. The INSTALL.txt just supplies info on how to get URL Rewrite to work in Drupal embedded mode, if you want to use it. You can always turns it off and Drupal/G2 will work just fine.
