Gallery Question regarding Image size: Photo size choice to veiwers

Apache version 1.3.34 (Unix)
PERL version 5.8.5
PHP version 4.4.1
MySQL version 4.0.25-standard-log
cPanel Build 10.8.1-RELEASE 30
Gallery version: 1.5
Graphics Toolkit: ImageMagick (dont know which version)
Operating system: Win XP
Web browser/version (if applicable): Firefox

Gallery Question regarding Image size:

When I configured Gallery, I did so to allow users to download their choice of photo size (i.e 640X480, or 1260X780, etc)
When I log on as an admin I see the size choices, but when I log on as one of my users, I do not! It only shows the resized image of 640X480 on every photo.

I do not understand how to give them this option. I want them to be able to get the original image.

Under album permissions, make sure "Users who can view full (original) images" is set to EVERYBODY (or LOGGEDIN, if you prefer).
Also note FAQ: I changed a value on Step 3 of the configuration wizard (or in config.php), but the change isn't taking effect. What's going on?

Because it is so clear, it takes a longer time to realize it.
If you immediately know the candlelight is fire, then the meal was cooked a long time ago.
