Your tutorial shows FFMPEG as an activated module. When I try to configure FFMPEG, it asks for a pathname to the executable. None of the "standard" places seams to work, and when I asked support to install ffmpeg, they told me to get a very pricey proffesional class account.

Please let us know the path to ffmpeg.

Siteground has also a tutorial with phpbb. Did anyone have any success with installing using the Easy MOD installer or can I face big troubles?
