links from joomla "usermenue" users album and "add items"

hallo,

1. I want have two links in mainnavi from joomla "usermenue".
one should direct directly to the upload-screen of gallery "add items"
and the other should link to the "photo" screen of the users album.
This should be dynamic links for "each" loged in user to their own album and it should show up everytime (not only on component page like the sidbarmodule does)

2. I am using community builder as well. Is it possile to have a link in the
"cb gallery2 tab" if a user has no images published to give the possibility to link to "add items" this way.
