Small Problem with Drupal Integration and Sidebar

Hello,
Things are working just as I would want except for one thing. Album actions appears on my Drupal sidebar AND in between my sidebar and Gallery2 only when I initially go in to gallery:

It shows up this way when I have it shown through the matrix theme settings. If I remove it, both instances of the drop down go away.

If one of the albums in the screenshot is clicked on, things show up just as I want (Drupal sidebar stays, gallery drop down list goes away).

Any thoughts on this one? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Ahhh, figured it out. I had just activated the admin piece of the rewrite module in gallery. For some reason it doesn't play well with that piece of the rewreite module.
