PostNuke Popups arew white on white!?

I run the latest PostNuke and Gallery 1.5.4 and when you try to set the permission for a album, the popups have white backgrounds and white text. I have changed PostNuke themes over and over and that does not seem to change a thing when it comes to the pop-up windows. Where would I edit the colors for the pop-up windows?
