Drupal - Gallery2: do not show navigation bar (next, previous) when clicking on a thumbnail

I integrated gallery2 module into drupal. when I click on a thumbnail a scaled version of the thubmnail is shown like this:
Date: ...
Owner: ...
>> next >> last

[here is the image]

>> next >> last

I do only want the (scaled) image to appear, without the additional information such as (date & owner) and without the navigation bars to get to other images of the album. I want this because all the other images do not have anything in common with the displayed one.
