Themes not accessible

i finally have a new version of 2.2.1 installed and basically working. however, i simply cannot find how to change the theme from matrix(default) to carbon. i was not prompted during installation to choose a theme and there are no actions available in site admin under plugins. there are seven listed but no way to take an action. what did i miss.? mikey |

install themes at site admin -> plugins.
change themes at site admin -> themes.

i guess im stuck with matrix. there is no way to click on anything on the plugin page other than help. the themes are all listed and the one for matrix shows as install, however there are no other items to click on on the entire page. just a note, i am using windows vista premium. is vista blocking the links to install? everything else so far has gone very well. btw here is the gallery im working on:

looks like you have some problems:
- http://www.connecticutdrumcorps.com/gallery2/themes/matrix/theme.css -> forbidden -> misconfigured webserver
- i guess the same happens when you try to load the javascript files for site admin -> plugins. that's the reason you can't install themes.
please contact your webhost. ask them why http://www.connecticutdrumcorps.com/gallery2/themes/matrix/theme.css can't be accessed.
