Migrate from G1 to another server newly installed G2

Hi,
I have a functional (debian, woody) server running G1 (installed in Jan 2005), want to upgrade it to G2, therefore, I newly installed a debian, etch, running G2. Please advise on how to migrate the photos and databases to the new server. Thanks.

You need to copy the G1 albums directory to the server running G2. Then activate the migrate module and tell it where the albums directory is.. it will import all the data into G2, then you can remove that copy of the G1 albums dir.
