single installation sharing albums to multiple Joomla installations

Hi,
I have looked at some of the info on the MultiSite installation option, but from what I can tell, this keeps separate image libraries using one installation of Gallery.

I would like to share the same image library - all my albums - among several Joomla installations for one non-profit org (addon and sub-domains on one hosting account). Is this possible?

I have installed Gallery in a Gallery Directory under one of the domain/Joomla Directories and it works fine. I have installed GalleryBridge Component on two installations of Joomla, and it seems to configure fine. However, the images actually appear in only one - the one in which the Gallery Directory is situated.

In other words,
I have a full hosting path like this:
/home/user/public_html/"main non-profit domain"/Gallery

The Joomla bridge works fine for the Joomla installation configured in "main non-profit domain"
But I also have Joomla installations parallel to the main one in

/home/user/public_html/"non-profit training"
/home/user/public_html/"non-profit support"
/home/user/public_html/"non-profit community"

and these are getting text and meta-data through the Bridge Component, but no images themselves.

Can Gallery share albums like this? Is it just a matter of getting the right combination of database privileges or something?

I have also tried installing Gallery in
/home/user/public_html/Gallery

But then the bridge doesn't seem to work for any of the Joomla installations. But I would prefer this strategy if it is just a matter of working on the database privileges or something for each Joomla installation.
