Cannot upgrade URL Rewrite from 1.1.4 to 1.1.13.2

When I click on upgrade, I receive the following message:

was the Slideshow module upgraded? did you try to Uninstall then reinstall it then proceed with the URL Rewrite module upgrade thereafter?

yes, sorry I forgot to mention that I tried uninstalling and re-installing the slideshow module.

The error is still occurring.
