Dynamic albums in embedded g2 behave strange

I see strange behaviour when I try to use dynamic albums in embedded g2. And I hope, someone here can help me out!

My configuration is Joomla 1.0.12, Gallery 2.2.3, G2Bridge 2.0.13. All is working fine, except dynamic albums.

When I click on the links to Latest Additions in the g2 sidebar menu, I do not see the latest pictures, but the main gallery. And, strange enough, in the gallery breadcrumb I see
1) The name of the g2 home gallery,
2) Latest Additions
3) The name of the g2 home gallery

Yes, g2 home gallery is 2x in the breadcrumb, and I never ever see the content of the dynamic album.

But, and that's why I'm posting this error here in the g2bridge forum:
This behaviour is only when using the gallery via the bridge. If I do the same in g2 directly, all is working as expected.

Any help with this would be appreciated!

A picture says more than 1000 words, they say. I attach a screenshot detail of the interesting part of the screen. Funny, isn't it?

How can I get rid of this error? Any ideas?
