How install gettext on Windows XP

Hi,

i want to install gettext functionnality on my website but i don't where i have to install all the files and which one...

I find some site about it but it's only for Linux/Unix Computer.

are you using PHP on Apache or IIS?

i don't use windows, but i know often times you just edit the php.ini file and uncomment something. maybe search for "gettext" in php.ini
