Can I delete all files in G2Data /cache?

Can I delete all files in G2Data /cache without any adverse effect?

or

Should I (can i) delete all files in the seperate directories?

drwxr-xr-x photo photo 4.0K Sep 23 21:58 entity
drwxr-xr-x photo photo 4.0K Sep 23 21:58 layout
drwxr-xr-x photo photo 4.0K Oct 08 21:35 module

They are taking up a lot of space
