next album button (LoadPeers or PeerList.tpl)

Hello all!
Maybe someone can help me. What I want to do is this: On a photo.tpl pag I want to add a next and prev button to navigate to the next album in the parent album. This is the way I set it up:

Gallery --> Album ---> ALBUM1--->PHOTO1
| |_->PHOTO2
| |_->PHOTO3
| |_->PHOTO4
|_______->ALBUM2--->PHOTO1
| |_->PHOTO2
| |_->PHOTO3
| |_->PHOTO4
|_______->ALBUM3--->PHOTO1
| |_->PHOTO2
| |_->PHOTO3
|_______->ALBUM4--->PHOTO1
|_______->ALBUM5--->PHOTO2
| |_->PHOTO3
| |_->PHOTO4

When I am at PHOTO1 under ALBUM1, I want to be able to go to ALBUM2 with a next button. Same for, lets say, at PHOTO4 under ALBUM2 I want a next and prev button to ALBUM1 and ALBUM3

Take a look at my template at http://portfolio.eljee.nl/main.php?g2_itemId=2943 The littel flaps/buttons at the right and left site neet to get linked to the other albums.

Well, I am stuck; I tried to alter and use PeerList.tpl and LoadPeers.

Anyone who can help me with this?
