Hi everyone,

I use the latest version of Gallery and since last week I have a new laptop with Windows Vista installed on it.
On my old laptop Windows XP was running and I had no problem to upload lots pics from a folder on my hard drive to the server with the install_registry.reg file installed.

Now since I'm using Vista, I can't find the option to upload pics from hard drive to server with that same file.
Is there any solution, so I can upload again lots of pics in one time???

1. you'll need the latest version of the publishxp module from site admin -> plugins -> get more plugins.
2. some instructions are at: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1833431&group_id=7130&atid=107130

at "add items -> publish xp" in g2, does it mention "Vista" explicitely? if not, you don't have the latest version of the publishxp module.

once you have the vista version of the registry file and execute it, it will add the gallery option in the online printing options in "windows photo gallery". i tested that yesterday on a different computer, after i've read your message

The latest version of PublishXP installed in G2 is 1.0.7
And no I can't see Vista anywhere in the uploadsection of G2.
Should I see that appear in the same tab as Windows XP???

you need version 1.0.7.1, from the experimental repository. (site admin -> plugins -> get more plguins: update the repository settings, update the list, then upgrade publish xp).

BTW - I had the same issue in that I wasn't able to find where to upload photos within Vista. I have Vista SP1... to up load, open "Windows Photo Gallery", select Print > Order Prints. "Gallery at <your site>" should show up in the list. Use that to upload. :)
