[Request] Web site developing

I am a wildlife photographer from India and want to have a website. I have already purchased space from siteground.com. I wish to have a website developed in gallery2.0 in combination with wordpress which would allow me to add photos and text to my site. Since am not a computer guy all this is very tough for me. I would pay to have my website developed, and I can suggest the way it needs to be designed.
