Enable 'rating' for all albums by default - HOW?

Hello:

I've looked through the FAQs and various setting within Gallery itself and haven't been able to answer this question:

Q: How can I configure Gallery 2.2.3 to enable ratings for all albums and subalbums by default?

Right now, every time I create an album or subalbum, I need to login as 'admin' and edit the album/subalbum to enable ratings. I'd love for this to be done by default.

Is there a way?
