Galerie hat keine Schreibrechte auf "/g2data" Verzeichnis

Guten Morgen, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Datenordner der Galerie. Die Galerie bekommt einfach keine Schreibrechte (bzw. löschen) für den Ordner. Bei einer der Wartungsfunktionen bekomme ich z.B. folgende Meldung: Setze die Zähler 'Betrachtet x mal' für alle Alben und Elemente auf 0 zurück. Dieser Vorgang löscht gleichzeitig den Datenbank-Puffer. Alle Zähler wurden erfolgreich zurückgesetzt. Bisher habe ich folgendes Versucht: Ich komme einfach nicht mehr weiter. Ich hoffe jemand hat eine Idee. Meine Daten: Grüße aus Berlin |

Ich weiß nicht, ob es dir weiter hilft, aber ich hatte ein ähnliches Problem. Ich hatte eine alte Gallery-Installation und wollte den g2data-Ordner löschen. Die Rechte waren eigentlich ausreichend für mich. Später hat sich raus gestellt, dass ich für die Dateien/Ordner keine Rechte (zumindest zum löschen) hatte, weil sie von einem Script (hier Gallery) erstellt wurden (Benutzer: php wwwrun). Musst deinen Hoster vielleicht fragen, wie du das ändern kannst.
Hoffe, es hat dir weiter geholfen.

Bei mir ist es leider genau anders herum. Ich habe die Rechte, aber die Galerie nicht.
Das Tool im Ordner Support habe ich auch bereits ausprobiert. Wie ich es auch versuche, es ändert sich nichts. Ich kann weder "Zähler 'Betrachtet x mal' zurücksetzen" noch "Datenbankzwischenspeicher leeren" ausführen. Ich bekomme folgende Meldung:

Hallo Nomax2000,
es gibt einige Hoster, bei denen es zwei unterschiedliche User gibt: Deinen und den des Web-Servers. Bei z.B. all-inkl.com ist es so, dass für die Gallery nicht nur die Rechte, sondern auch der Dateibesitzer anzupassen ist. Wenn Du die Dateien per FTP hoch geladen hast, gehören sie Dir. Wenn bei Deinem Hoster der Webserver unter einem anderen Benutzer läuft, kann er die Dateien nicht löschen, bzw. mahnt auch an, er könne nicht schreiben. Bringe mal in Erfahrung, unter welchem Account bei Deinem Hoster der Webserver läuft. Ich bin mir sicher, es ist eine Frage des Dateibesitzers.

Tja, da liegt der Hund wohl begraben. Ich habe gerade mit meinem Hoster telefoniert (Strato). Es ist nicht möglich den Besitzer zu wechseln. Und damit ist die Galerie2 für mich wogl gestorben. Das ist sehr schade.

Nicht so schnell die Flinte ins Korn werfen ;-)
Ich würde jetzt folgendes versuchen:
Lege ein neues Galerie-Datenverzeichnis mit einem PHP-Skript an. Damit ist automatisch der User Besitzer, unter dem der Web-Server arbeitet. Dies ist der gleiche, unter welchem auch die Galerie arbeitet. Lasse noch einmal das instalations-Skript der Galerie laufen, um die Struktur innerhalb des Datenverzeichnisses erstellen zu lassen. Achta darauf, dass Du die existierende Datenbank übernimmst. Du brauchst halt nur den neuen Pfad zum Galerie Datenverzeichnis zu ändern.
Damit sollte es eigentlich funktionieren.

Mit was für einem Programm soll ich denn den Ordner erstellen lassen? Mal davon ab das die Galerie ja schon den Ordner angelegt hatte und es so auch nicht klappte. Und laut Aussage meines Hosters gibt es nur einen Besitzer. Da wird auch ein Programm nichts ändern. Ich sehe es ja auch an meinen Daten, ob es mein cms oder das Forum, Gästebuch usw. ist, alle haben den gleichen Besitzer. Nur das die Galerie da wohl ein paar ganz eigene Anforderungen hat. Wobei die anderen Programme auch Daten löschen können müssen.

OK, da hatte ich etwas falsch verstanden. Ich dachte es gibt zwei unterschiedliche Besitzer - 1x für die per ftp erstellten Ordner und 1x für durch Skripte erstellte Ordner.
Tritt der Fehler nur beim Löschen der Cache-Ordner auf oder hast Du auch andere Fehler/Symptome?
Falls der Fehler sich nur hier bemerkbar macht, habe ich noch einen Vorschlag. Lösche die 3 Cache-Ordner 1x mit Deinem FTP-Programm inklusive aller Unterordner (z.B. FileZilla kann dies und ist kostenlos). Gallery legt diese bei Benutzung wieder neu an. Arbeite ein wenig mit der Galerie, so dass sich der Cache ein wenig mit Inhalt füllt und führe die Wartungsaufgabe Cache löschen erneut durch. Mit etwas Glück funktioniert es dann.

Leider gibt es konkrete Probleme. Ich versuche nun seit 4 Wochen eine Integration in mein Forum (WBB3). Aber Aufgrund der fehlenden Schreibrechte können auch keine neuen User angelegt werden (vom Forum aus). Standalone habe ich bis auf die nicht funktionierenden Wartungsaufgaben bisher keine Probleme festgestellt. Ich verstehe echt nicht was an der Galerie so besonders sein soll, das sie als einziges Skript Probleme macht.

Nachtrag, im Galerie-Ordner unter /lib/support gibt es ja ein paar Tools. Unter anderem Cache löschen. Na nun rate mal was passiert. Da funktioniert es. Warum ist die Galerie dann selbst nicht in der Lage? Das Muss doch ein Bug sein.
Korrektur, auch da ist nicht alles im grünen. Habe mich zu früh gefreut, weil nur die letzten Zeilen des Logs gesehen. Hier mal der Log:

An der Galerie an sich ist nichts Besonderes. Falls Du Dein gallery/install Verzeichnis noch hast, starte noch einmal die Installation. Nach der Authentisierung kommt (ich glaube es ist Schritt 2) eine Überprüfung des Systems. Zeigt er Dir dort fehlende oder veränderte Dateien an?
Zeigt die Gallery hier alles grün, fällt mir nur noch ein letzter Versuch ein. Ich würde das komplette Gallery-Verzeichnis löschen und es noch einmal installieren - falls Du dies nicht schon hinter Dir hast.

Die Warnung bezieht sich auf eine fehlende Datei, die Readme.html. Ansonsten sagt mir die Galerie das alles schick ist. Ich habe sie mittlerweile drei mal neu installiert, an unterschiedlichen Orten. Ein seltsames Programm, es sagt alls Ok und funktioniert dann nicht richtig.

ich vermute, Du hast bei Deinem mehrmaligen installieren immer als Datenverzeichnis /g2data verwendet und da hat Dein Problem begonnen!
1. Dein Datenverzeichnis sollte nicht /g2data heissen (siehe Dokumentation), aus Sicherheitsgründen
2. Installiere Gallery2 neu mit einem neuen Datenverzeichnis und einer neuen Datenbank
Vor der Neuinstallation stelle sicher, dass Du keine Laichen von Deiner alten Installation mitschleppst. Bei Schwierigkeiten lass
Deinen Provider Dein Datenverzeichnis und Deine DB resp Gallery2-Tabellen löschen.
Gallery verwendet einen sehr restriktiven Mechanismus für die Konsistenzüberprüfung von DB und Datenverzeichnis und da dürfte bei Dir einiges im Argen liegen.
Wenn Du Dich mit der Materie etwas genauer auseinander setzt, wirst Du feststellen, das dies kein Bug ist, sondern ein Feature!
