I run an alumni website for a high school. The co-administrators and I upload all the photos from our events and get-togethers. We would like our users to be able to view the galleries we upload as the default view when they click the Gallery menu item. But only the person who uploaded the gallery itself gets to see their gallery right upfront after clicking the Gallery menu item. Everyone else has to click the guest view hidden at the bottom of the page in order to view the public galleries. How do we: A. Get rid of per-user galleries B. Make it so all users can see the galleries the administrators upload as their default view of the Gallery menu item. Thank you so much for your help. I just realized this was an issue among my users! Eeek! |

A couple questions.
What drupal and G2 versions are you using?
Are your users guest users or do they all have accounts?
A. You can create as many albums as you want. You don't have to use the per user one. Maybe a link to your site would help me better understand what your doing.
If you look at my site http://photo.lvthunder.com when you click gallery you see all the albums I have made. While on my site it's just me you can have several people be able to create albums and modify albums.
