installer fails to authenticate login.txt

I have uploaded the login.txt multiple times and started over again and again. I keep getting the "your login.txt key does not match correctly" The installer obviously find the file because when I had deleted it from my webserver, the installer realized it wasnt there; it simply isn't agreeing with the file I downloaded. I even typed the file, copy/pasted the //<br>// im so frustrated, blah, IDKW2DO eh...
