Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.anchorbaybands.org/Gallery
Gallery version: 1.5.7
Apache version: Unknown
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.4.7
Graphics Toolkit: ?
Operating system: Linux
Web browser/version (if applicable): Firefox 2

I have my Gallery hosted from Ipowerweb.com. They switched my website to a new server and then my gallery stopped working. Only one of my albums shows up on the main page now. I used to have three. For instance, here is one that used to work: http://www.anchorbaybands.org/Gallery/hsbands . Now if you go there, you get an "Attention" box telling you that the album does not exist or that you do not have privileges to view it. When I try to log in to the admin section, nothing happens. I don't get any extra links to access the admin section or anything.

Also, I tried going through the setup in the setup folder (in which it actually lets me log into) but I cannot get past Step 1. When I click "next" after Step 1, it kicks me out and forces me to log in again. Then when I finally do log in, I go back to Step 1.

I tried logging in through IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Mozilla and they all do not work.

What could this be!?

Thanks guys!

Hello,

But you can log into the setup and can see the first page?
Are you able to go to the diagnostic page and there to the session test?

Yes, I can login to setup and can see the first page just fine. I am able to login to the session test and it gives me a session ID and page views. I noticed that when I refresh, the page views stay at one.

Thanks,
Tom

Okay, thats good to know, but bad for Gallery.

Please contact your hoster about broken PHP session support.

Hi,

what happens when you try to log in?
Any errors?
