Searching for commercial programmer...

Hi

I´m searching for a commercial coder who´s able to dev my needs.
My needs are:

- Docking with Drupals User Points to make prices on items !
- User Album by Groups
- Login acception for Remote by Group
- may be advanced Remote-Protocoll (SOAP would be nice)

Who can build me Modules or expand the core for this ? Please Mail me !

If someone will come and modifies the core code for my needs I´m ready to give it to the community.
