Moving to the G1 support forums as the URL provided is G1 not G2.
Does your host make any changes?
Do you have any items in the albums directory on the server?
Do you/yourhost have a backup?

Not sure really, I just post the pictures onto their web site... I did have a lot of albums in the directory and I thought that this was my host place so I am trying to find out if they can give me my back up copies. I only uploaded them to their site and the site lead me here for support!

Are you the administrator or just a user of the gallery itself? ( are you the admin/owner of silvermoonacres.com ? )

yes I am the owner of silvermoonscres.com, and I thought the pictures were just hosted when I uploaded them to the gallery, so I am just a user of the gallery.

If you own silvermoonscres.com then I assume that you can gain access to the albums directory on the file-system ( server via FTP )?
Is there any items in the albums directory?
Items you add to YOUR gallery are hosted by you the owner of silvermoonscres.com. So do you or your host have backups?
