[Tags Module] How to put Tags Box block on photo.tpl page?

Hey guys,
Is it possible to grab the tags box from the album.tpl page and use it on the photo.tpl page? If so, what's the block code I need to use? Here's a picture of the tag element that I am talking about:

For the non-editable version add the following to your theme template file:

{g->block type="tags.ImageTags"}

I would also enclose in a div tag too. Take a look at the gallery wiki tags module page. They talk about this there, but it is a bit indirect about it.
