Why is there INSTALL and NOT UPGRADE folder in the update pack???

I downloaded the upgrade pack and got the error that there is no UPGRADE folder Do i keep both the INSTALL FOLDER AND UPGRADE FOLDER FOR FUTURE USE?? the upgrader listed the INSTALL folder as missing !!! is it for any use after install? |

which exact file did you download? the "changed files only" download?
please note that these are changed files only. you aren't supposed to replace your gallery folder with "changed files only". you're supposed to replace only the changed files.
since no files in the upgrade/ folder have changed, the upgrade/ folder isn't part of the "changed files only" download.

well i kinda deleted the install and upgrade folders when i installed LOL
so its safe to keep these folders?
