Gallery displays blank page, Debug mode won't work!

At some point, my website stopped working. It is a family website for my parents and in-laws, and isn't updated very frequently, so I'm not sure what changed to cause the issue.

When I visit the main page, I get nothing but a blank screen. I've followed the FAQs including trying to turn on debug mode, but I still get nothing but a blank screen.

I've added the following line into my config.php.

$gallery->setDebug('buffered');

I still get nothing but a blank screen when I visit my site. No error messages, nothing.

Yes, I can get to /gallery2/lib/support. This is hosted locally, so I can access it via SSH as well as through HTTP.

I can sign into the site, but I get the following error when trying to access the Site Admin page.

Just went blank again. I restarted my apache and now it's back up. I checked my error log via cPanel and here's what it tells:

It's weird that my gallery works like a charm but every now and then it just suddenly goes completely blank.
