I've upgraded my Gallery installation and have lost much functionality. Please help.
I Can't
* Add an album
* Add an item
* Add a photo (myself and other users)
* Install modules, though I can activate and deactivate existing modules
I basically can't change anything. With any of these tasks, as soon as I click 'Add items' or 'Save' or 'Create', I'm taken back to the galleries front page and nothing has changed.
What could cause this?

Try to delete cookies of your browser

Sorry but no luck, I cleared cookies in my browser and deleted user sessions in Gallery to no avail.
