album block - thumbnail size

I have several album blocks on my home page, and I'd like to change the size of the thumbnails it displays. Right now, max width seems to be 150 and I'd like to change it to 200. (I'd also like square images, but I don't see a way to turn that on for the album block) Any help is appreciated, thank you |
