XP doesnt ask to resize

Hi

I have a problem uploading photos to G2 using Web Publishing Wizard. It works OK with my PC at work. Doesnt work at home.
I want to know why that wizard doesnt ask to resize photos before upload?

Possibly Windows XP Home edition doesn't come with the resizer? You can get it for free from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
