WPG2 IE6 problem with the Dtree view

I am having a problem in IE6 on my website

when you expand the trees, the menu gets wider, and jumps to the bottom of the page. quite frustrating. It works fine in Firefox and IE7. but i cant figure out for the life of me why its happening.

I tried playing with this, but it did not help me any.

does anyone have any experience with WPG2 and what is happening to me?

If i remove the widget from the bar, the menu stays where it belongs, so im positive its tied to that side bar. Any help is greatly apprecaited!
