Multilanguage Custom fields?

Hey guys,

Hopefully this is a quick and easy question - but is it possible to use custom fields with the multilanguage (or another) module?

I'd like to present my gallery in two languages, but use custom fields in all albums, so it will be difficult to do without being able to translate the custom field names and values as well?
