Links get messed up when I delete a photo

If I delete a photo it leaves broken links on the next and previous photo pages that linked to the deleted photo. Is there a way to fix the links short of deleting everything and starting all over again?
Thanks for any help I can get.

Thanks for answering. I did delete the whole album and upload all the pictures again (it wasn't that many). But it isn't the first time it's happened to me so I am still wondering how to fix the problem if it happens again. I did try clearing the browser cache first though without luck. But I don't know what you mean by acceleration.

@acceleration: site admin -> performance.

Hard to diagnose a issue that is not happening or reproducible.

Clearing the acceleration cache did fix it. Thanks.
