The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

Gallery version: 1.5.7
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): v4.4.4
Graphics Toolkit:
Operating system: Mac OSX 19,4,11
Web browser/version (if applicable): Safari 3.1.1

Hi folks,

We're working on a Gallery 1 installation, for The Danger Global Warming Project (www.dangerglobalwarming.com).

We have just noticed that with the latest version of Safari the pop-up menu (add pictures etc) no longer works when you log-in. Basically if you select ALBUM ACTIONS and ADD PHOTO nothing happens! This used to work perfectly, and if we use Firefox on Mac it works OK, but with the latest version of Safari nothing seems to happen. I've updated to the latest version of Gallery (1. 5. 7) hoping this would cure it... but no joy.

If you select to Login, the Login pop up works fine, so it doesn't appear to be a pop-up problem...

Any ideas?!

Best,
Dan

Hi,

i have only a windows XP, tested with Safari 3.1.1 (525.17) and it works fine :-|

It might be that it does not work in your Gallery as it was modified by you and has some BAD html parts.
e.g. <tr> without <table> before.

Hi Jens,

Thanks for your comments, do you know which file I should check for the mod? The strange thing is that it used to work fine in Safari, and seems to work OK on a PC, and on Mac using Firefox. But with the latest version of Safari it doesn't work... I'm not sure which file I should look for re: modification.

Thanks for any additional advice you can offer :)

Cheers,
Dan

p.s. I've just checked this in Opera, on a Mac, and it works there too! It's just stopped working in Safari :(
