Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct place to post.

I have created a google sitemap with this program http://www.sitemapbuilder.net

What i cannot figure out is how to put this in my sitemap link as it is a file and not a page...as far as i can see anyway.

Below my name in (bold) is the top of the code that was created, i have tried adding the http://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap/0.84as the link but no luck.

As alway's many thanks,
Bill.

<url>

<loc>http://www.digital-manchester.com/index.html</loc>

<changefreq>weekly</changefreq>

<priority>0.5</priority>

</url>

theres a plugin module which does this for you, seeings how the sitemap reference is inside the main.php file.

then you go to google submit the gallerys address, not the one being show to you by module. then tell google you will upload new sitemap. then you just use the code you found using the sitemap plugin.

1 get the sitemap plugin

2 submit site, just the url of your site. http://yourdomain.com

3 use the second portion of the url as a sitemap submission.
main.php?g2_view=sitemap.Sitemap

Thanks Clyde,
If you read my post i have already submitted a Google sitemap.

What i really need now is an internal sitemap for my site...HTML or similar, for visitors, not for search engines.
Sorry for the confusion.
Bill.

As i am no longer using gallery 2 i wont be able to help. although i think your idea has been requested to be integrated.

you're basically wanting a link like this http://aresforum.net/modules.php?name=Site_Map on your site doing the same thing.

Sorry I couldn't help.
