I need help with language configuration

Hi

I´ve configured Gallery2 to work in portuguese. Well if I open just the Gallery, it works in portuguese! But when I open it in a Joomla site, with Gallery2 Bridge, it appears in english.

But my joomla is already in portuguese. So why this happen and why can I fix it?
