Using an existing picture folder

Hi All,

I have had a Joomla site for a while now, and initially had gallery 2 embedded, but abandoned it after i couldn't get url rewrite to work with it, and still can't. (problems will be explained in another thread).

Anyway, I have decided that url rewrite is not so much of a problem anymore, and want to use gallery 2 again. My problem is that I have a quite large picture directory, with about 10-15 folders worth of pictures in there. Is it possible to use gallery 2 with those pictures without moving the pictures from their current location?

I don't want to have duplicate pictures, (a set for the joomla, and a set for the gallery 2), and I don't want to have to change all the links to the pictures in joomla content to correspond with the gallery 2 imports.
