error message impossible to remove 'add to car',

Hello again,

Impossible to have the option "delete or cancel" "the add to card" ?
When I'm click on "add to card" I receive this message :

The action you attempted is not permitted.

It's hard to understand a so complicated PHP code, so I can't & I don't want to modify any of the settings inside the coding.
