The following information is required to get an answer: Hello there, Haven't been through here in some time, so this may have been discussed elsewhere and I haven't found it yet (I did search!). If so I apologize. I have had a 1.x gallery for a few years now, and have moved my albums directory to a new server and gallery install. Upgraded albums as instructed by gallery, and that went without a hitch after bumping up my php.ini values. I am hoping to migrate this gallery to 2.x, but am getting a strange situation when using the validate albums tool. There are no invalid albums, but it comes back with 74 missing files. When I click on the filenames in the tool, it takes me to the appropriate album and shows the image. I can then go up into the directory and see the image in question shown in the album structure. So it doesn't seem to be 'missing' to me. I would rather not delete these images as instructed by the tool, and I'm unsure what manually re-add means since it seems the image is really 'there'. Any ideas are much appreciated! Regards, Eddie |

Doh.
I didn't think to look for the fullsize images, thanks for pointing that out!
With that in mind, can you think of a scenario that would bring about missing full-size images while leaving resizes and thumbs... and only for images that have been rotated? I did a quick search in the folder for that album, and confirmed there is no fullsize for that picture.
Much appreciated,
Eddie

Hello,
If you still have the original, then you can reupload it directly (not via Gallery) into the albums folder.
You just need to use the correct filename.
