Gallery Remote Error: Server contacted, but Gallery not found at this URL (http...gallery2/gallery_remote2.php)

I searched the forums, Posted a reply to http://gallery.menalto.com/node/27540. I then asked on IRC and was told to create my own posting.

So here it is. I done every solution listed on the site, A lot seem to be having the issue on 1.5, Im on a brand new server, brand new install as of like 5 days ago (Gallery 2.2.6 core 1.2.0.8) I have the latest version of Gallery Remote (1.5.1-b42)

Here is my error log,

Now the interesting part, Sometimes this error never happens, I launch I login and Ive uploaded 2 gigs of pictures, 3 hours later i got to upload 6 more and I get the error, an hour later Ill do it again and it works, each time i launched it and I cant figure out how to repeat.

Also I use a water mark, when uploading pictures via the site, it water marks, doing it from local sometimes does and sometimes it doesnt, when it doesnt it seems gallery remote isnt working. When I uploaded with gallery remote once it water marked the images the rest of the times (the 2 gigs) it didnt, I have PHP set to use 256mb of ram (server is a dedicated server with 2 quad core processors and 6 gigs of ram so i have plenty of ram to use) I also have max upload size set to 32mb of ram and another deal set to 16mb for post.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
