I am not too familiar with Gallery2 yet so apologize for my question. I have seen that several applications integrate with Gallery, but I have not seen any examples. I may be able to influence integration with some other software, but am curious about what is normally integration. Does it allow a unified user/password? It seems obvious that one would be able to include the image in another application since it has a persistent URL, but what if the image requires a log in? What other ways could it be integrated? I am not talking about a visual integration as that is pretty obvious, but rather functional integration. Thank you for your time! Thomas |

I had seen the first article, but not the second. That should help some knowing about the APIs. I still have not seen demos or explanations how people have integrated Gallery2. I may have missed it though.

The first link has all available integration packages if you'd like to download one to browse the code and see how things are currently being done.
Mysite is using the geeklog->gallery2 bridge which I support.
WPG2 may be little more polished and certainly better documented.
