"Item Actions" showing up on album page even thou it's turned off in themes? (w/ pics)

	In Gallery2 under "Site Admin>Themes", I have turned off "Item Actions" on the "Album" pages; <--- Click to see larger Yet they are still showing up in my album; <--- Click to see larger Any idea's? TiA, -BassKozz
