Best host for Gallery 2? Host Gator is not good enough.

I am currently using Host Gator to host my site and it is constantly going down. Processes are always maxing out and it's time to switch to another host. Does anyone know of a reliable hosting service that can handle a good amount of traffic and remain online? Pricing isn't a concern right now; I just need this site running properly.
