Movie thumbnails not generating - broken image

Hello,
I have installed ffmpeg, ImageMagick and have the Thumbnail Manager as well. All configured and tested successfully. I am running into a problem where movies with broken images do not appear to be rebuilding. The thumbnails with broken picture do get rebuilt but not the movies.

What can be done? Am I missing something?

Can you build them separately? do they generate properly on upload? can you select the video frame for a thumbnail?
Am I missing something?

How can you build them separately? I went and regenerated all of the thumbnails in the album (Edit Album -> rebuild thumbnails - first and third checkboxes). I uploaded a new movie and it did generate the default "camera" thumbnail, which at least that what i would like to have. The remaining movies have a broken thumbnail.

So the question stands... how can those broken movie thumbnails be rebuilt separately?
