Sorry, I know the topic might be a bit confusing. Lets say you have 36 albums of your dog, one for each month for the past 3 years, all full of pictures. This will be a pain for you to show your friends. What I had in mind was a way to select some top choices from the albums and show them in a new album, without moving the items from their original location or duplicating images. Call it a "best of" album or a "favorites". Is such a thing possible in Gallery 2 or 3 out of the box or with an add on? Thanks! |

Or use the tags module. Tag all your best dog pictures with "dog" - then you can access them all as http:// yoururl.com/gallery2/tag/dog
And then if you have some cat pictures you can tag them as "cat" - and use http:// yoururl.com/gallery2/tag/cat
And if there's a picture that shows your dog eating your cat (or vice versa) you can tag it with both "cat" and "dog" - and presto, it shows up in both.
