Hi Folks,
I'm sure that this is a dumb newbie question, *but*...
I've got Gallery 2.3 installed on a Linux server, running Apache 2.0.63.
I uploaded the zip file for the PClightbox theme to the themes directory and extracted the PClightbox folder.
Then I went to the gallery admin panel, selected plugins and scrolled down to the themes section. PClightbox is not listed. I tried refreshing the screen and I also went to the "get more plugins tab" and pressed the "update plugin list" button.
I'm not sure what to try next.
Thanks for your help.

PGlightbox a G not a C
when you extracted the .zip file did it contain just the theme or did it have the theme folder already. Look at the exsisting structure to see how the other themes are for reference.

Thanks Dave,
It seems to be the complete theme, except that it does not have a MANIFEST file. Is this file required?

Hi Dave,
Well I deleted the cache and the PGlightbox theme still isn't listed in Site Admin . Any idea about where else I should check for help? I took a look in the 3rd party modules and themes support forum, but the last thread for PGlightbox was in 2007 and it doesn't look like anyone answered.
Maybe I should set about changing one of the official themes.
Cheers,
Katrina

Don't know what to say. I can ftp the theme to my test install and see it in the admin page.
See attached screen shots.

Hi Dave,
Humm - maybe there is something missing in my install? Is there a utility that I can use to check the installation?

Thanks Dave,
According to the system checker everything is good. U', stumped.
I've also got problems with the new color pack css file being read correctly by the Carbon Theme. I submitted a question to the troubleshooting forum last night.
Cheers,
